Join us to cook and savor Creole Cuisine – Cooking Class on March 29th!

In this class, we’ll pair each dish with a flight of 4 Maxline beers. We’ll start with a light Kviexican (Lager) beer and satisfying pairing of cheese, setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary experience.

Next, we’ll dive into the main dish – shrimp on top of creamy, cheesy grits with a Creole sauce, combining spicy, cheesy, and creamy flavors, perfectly complemented by grilled crispy sourdough bread. We’ll use Citrus Wheat  to craft a unique sauce that elevates the grits to new heights.

Finally, we’ll end this indulgent class with a combination of Coffee Porter and truffle chocolate, delivering an elegant and decadent finish to the brunch.
