1) Smoked Fish & Quark Rye Canapés
Silky smoked fish folded into lemon-dill quark, served on hearty rye and finished with fresh chives and a crisp pickle snap.
🍺 Beer pairing: Zwei Pils (Bavarian-Style Pilsner) — floral and herbal notes with a crisp finish that balances the smoke and brightens the palate.
2) Schnitzel with German-Style Potatoes & Pickled Cabbage
Hand-pounded, breaded, and pan-fried until audibly crisp. Served alongside golden Bratkartoffeln (buttery potatoes with onion and parsley) and pickled red cabbage, which you’ll prepare yourself during class.
