🌸A Warm Welcome: Artisan Cheese & Tropical Fruit Board

We begin with a table shared — rich aged cheddar, creamy brie, gouda, and sun-kissed fruits laid out to invite connection. Paired with the vibrant Golden Hammer Belgian Ale, each bite and sip weave together sweetness, spice, and a touch of boldness — a delicious start to our culinary journey.

🌸 Heart of the Meal: Glazed Salmon with Italian-Style Couscous

The kitchen comes alive as we craft tender Glazed Salmon, kissed with a honey-beer glaze made from Rhett Butler Red Ale. Plated with herbed couscous, fresh olives, mozzarella, and garden greens, this dish sings of balance and brightness. We’ll raise a glass of Chip Shot IPA, its citrusy lift the perfect companion to every savory bite.

🌸 A Sweet Farewell: Stout Affogato with Coffee Porter

We close with a final celebration of flavor — vanilla ice cream bathed in velvety Chocolate Coffee Porter, crowned with coffee-candied almonds and ribbons of hot fudge. Deep, roasty, sweet — the perfect, slow finish to a class full of warmth, laughter, and new tastes discovered.
